Renee is a creative designer and entrepreneur, deeply committed to weaving beauty and intention into every project she touches. She specializes in crafting thoughtful brand designs. Our Intuitive Business Planning Sessions
Through our business planning sessions, we focused on three key areas:
1. Accountability - The sessions provided Renee with the opportunity to focus on certain parts of her business without distractions. A focused time to discuss her business operations, organization and creating effective boundaries with future clients.
2. Client Experience - We planned and organized Renee's onboarding and offboarding processes. Simplifying the steps involved, while also taking advantage of her CRM software features. Freeing up more of her time and making client interactions efficient, allowing her to focus on her work and building positive relationships.
3. Software Testing & Education - Together we tested forms in Renee's CRM software (Bloom). I recreated forms she had in her Google Drive so that all client communication is organized in one place. Renee now has more confidence and understanding of her software, which helps her spend less time doing repeated admin tasks.
